Mark’s story explains where and why he applies his energies today. A high school dropout at 16 years of age in his native Northern England industrial town. No qualifications and no purpose. What followed has been three + decades of rapid career success, living and working internationally in commercial leadership roles. Someone who struggled and failed in the classroom, thrived in the workplace. It was years later that Mark was able to connect the dots when he discovered the emerging field of Neuroscience in business; he had thrived in jobs and workplaces because they match his unique behaviors. Mark now applies neuroscience in leadership development, career design and education.
